Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, our returns and refunds process is designed to be clear, fair, and stress-free.
Items Eligible for Return
Returns are accepted only if all the following conditions are met:
- Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Item is completely unworn, unused, and undamaged
- Returned in original packaging, including all tags, inserts, laces, and accessories
- Item is free from stains, creases, odors, or marks
- Return request is approved prior to shipment
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Final sale or non-returnable items
- Sneakers showing signs of wear, use, or alteration
- Missing original packaging, tags, inserts, or accessories
- Return requests made after 14 days from delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
- Returned items that fail inspection may be rejected and returned at the customer's expense
Return Reasons
Returns may be requested for the following reasons:
- Received wrong item or size
- Received damaged or defective item
- Item does not match description or photo
- Change of mind or ordered the wrong size or color
Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return:
- Submit a return request within 14 days of delivery
- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Ship the item using a reliable trackable courier
- Returns must be shipped within 5 days of approval
Returns that do not comply with policy requirements may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
If the error is ours — if you received a wrong item, a damaged item, or an item that does not match the description or product photo, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. A prepaid return label or shipping reimbursement will be provided once your return request has been reviewed and approved.
If the return is customer-initiated — for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or wrong color ordered, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a reliable trackable courier, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval
- Processing time: 10–15 business days after receipt
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
- Exchanges are limited to the same item and subject to stock availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued
- To exchange for a different style or size, place a new order and return the original item (if eligible)
Chargeback & Fraud Protection
Orders marked as delivered by the courier are considered fulfilled. Fraudulent return claims or misuse of this policy may result in refusal of refund. Returns showing signs of wear, alteration, or tampering may be denied.
