We ship fast, we ship tracked, and we never charge you extra to get your kicks to you. Here is everything you need to know about how we get your order from us to you.
Markets We Serve
We currently accept orders from buyers in the United States, the Netherlands, and Belgium. We are a growing brand and as we expand, new markets will be added. If you are outside these markets, stay tuned — we are working on bringing Xpression Sneakers to you soon.

We partner with FedEx to deliver every order. FedEx gives us the reliability, speed and tracking visibility we need to make sure your sneakers arrive safely and on time — every single time.
Cost of Shipping
Shipping is completely free on all orders — no minimum spend, no discount code, no conditions. Every order ships free. Always.
How We Ship
Your sneakers are dispatched directly from our fulfilment centre via secure, tracked FedEx delivery. Once your order is on its way, your tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow every step of the journey.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–10 business days depending on your location. During peak seasons and major shopping events, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated every step of the way.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect it. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, return handling fees may be deducted from any applicable refund.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations or adjustments cannot be made once an order is placed. We begin processing immediately to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Refused Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and contact us at info@xpressionsneakers.co so we can make it right. If you refuse delivery without prior authorization from us, you will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the United States, the Netherlands, and Belgium only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, hotels, or Airbnb locations.
